| 摘 要： | 肝移植是难度较大的手术，包括输液在内的每一环节都必须准确到位。鉴于肝移植患者下肢不宜作为输液通道，应采取上肢输液法．并严格控制液体的温度、输液量，保障手术的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | Liver transplantation is more difficult than other operations because every procedure must be proper, including the venous transfusion. As the patients of liver transplantation are not suitable for the venous transfusion on lower limb, they should be transfused on upper limb. Even the temperature and dosage of the liquids must be strictly controlled to ensure the operation successful. |
