老年人流行性出血热的临床分析

目的探讨老年流行性出血热患者的临床特点。方法对106例老年流行性出血热患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并与同期收治的非老年组流行性出血热患者进行比较。结果老年流行性出血热患者重型及危重型占84.9%,病程明显延长,并发症高于非老年组(P<0.05);少尿期老年组血尿素氮、肌酐浓度均明显高于非老年组,血小板明显低于非老年组(P<0.01)。病死率(12.3%)高于非老年组(2.0%)。丙氨酸氨基转移酶浓度比较两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论老年流行性出血热患者病情重,早期表现不典型,病程长,并发症多,病死率高;对其应力争早诊断、早治疗,注意防治各种并发症。

Clinical analysis of elderly patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever

Objective To analyze the characteristics of eldely patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever.Methods Clinical data of 106 elderly patients were retrospectively analyzed and compared with those of non-elderly patients in the same period.Results Severe type and critically severe type accounted for 84.9% with longer the disease course,and more complications in elderly cases than those of non-elderly patients(P<0.05).BUN and Cr in oliguria stage were obviously higher and PLT lower in elderly than in non-elderly group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in propylamine transferase between the groups(P>0.05).The mortality was 12.3%,higher in elderly group than that of non-elderly group(2.0%).Conclusion The elderly patients are characterized as atypical manifestations in early fever period,long lasting progress,more complications and it is necessary early diagnosis and correct prevention and treatment of their complication.
