传统手法治疗胫腓骨上端粉碎性骨折

(哈尔滨道里区骨伤医院,黑龙江,哈尔滨150026)摘要目的:总结牵引,手法整复,超膝关节石膏夹板外固定治疗胫腓骨上端粉碎性骨折的临床应用结果。方法:对81例胫腓骨上端粉碎性骨折患者行牵引,手法整复,超膝关节活动夹板外固定治疗并随访6个月至3年。结果:扶拐下地行走59天开始者,11人。60天开始者,11人。70天开始行走者,59人。结论:牵引,手法整复,超膝关节石膏夹板外固定治疗胫腓骨上端粉碎性骨折的临床应用结果令人满意。

Traditional Manipulative Reduction of Superior Tibiofibula Splintered Fracture

Objective: To summarize the clinical application results of treating superior tibiofibula splintered fracture by traction, manipulative reduction and Bavarian splint external fixation over articular genu. Methods: 81 superior tibiofibula splintered fracture patients who were treated with tractio, manipulative reduction and Bavrian splintered fracture patients who were treated with traction, manipulative reduction and Bavarian splint external fixation over articular genu were for 6 months to 3 years. Results: 11 patients couldwalk with crutch on the 59 days and eleven on 60 days. 59 patients could walk on the 70 days. Conclusion: It was satisfactory to treat superior tibiofibula splintered fracture with traction, manipulative reduction and Bavarian splint external fixation over articular genu.
