| 摘 要： | 目的研究CD31在神经鞘瘤中的表达以及在中枢神经系统中与脑膜瘤的鉴别意义。方法对46例神经鞘瘤和28例脑膜瘤进行CD31免疫组织化学染色。结果45．7％（21／46）神经鞘瘤表达CD31，而仅3．6％（1／28）的脑膜瘤表达CD31。神经鞘瘤与脑膜瘤CD31的表达具有显著差异性（P〈0．001）。结论CD31在部分神经鞘瘤中表达，可以作为神经鞘瘤的辅助诊断性标记，并可以作为与较易混淆的脑膜瘤鉴别诊断的标记。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the expression of CD31 in Schwannoma and the value of the differential diagnosis of Schwannoma from meningioma. Methods The staining of CD31 was analyzed in 74 neurosurgical resection specimens, including 46 Schwannomas and 28 meningio- mas. Results CD3I staining was identified in 45.7% of Schwannomas （21/46）, while only 3.6% of meningioma （1/28）. A statistically significant difference was found between the two groups（P〈O. 00]）. Conclusion The results suggest CD31 staining might serve as a useful marker for the diagnosis of Schwannoma and for the differential diagnosis of Schwannoma from meningioma. |
