复方银杏叶对脾虚模型小鼠治疗作用研究

目的研究复方银杏叶(compound ginkgo biloba,CGB)对脾虚模型小鼠的治疗作用。方法采用利血平加猪油灌胃的方法,造成小鼠脾虚模型,检测小鼠脾脏胸腺指数、小鼠外周血象、血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结果CGB组动物脾脏胸腺指数增加、血细胞数和血红蛋白含量明显增加,血清甘油三酯降低、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高。结论复方银杏叶具有改善脾虚症状、调节脂质代谢作用。

Effects of Compound Ginkgo biloba on Mice with Pleen Deficiency

ObjectiveTo study the effect of compound ginkgo biloba on mice with pleen deficiency.MethodsThe mice were modeled to be of spleen asthenia by reserpine and pork fat respectively,and the indexes of spleen and thymus,RBC,Hb,the quality of hemoglobin,total cholesterol,trigiyceride,low-density lipoprotein-choleserol and,high-density lipoprotein-choleserol were observed.ResultsFor compound Ginkgo biloba groups the indexes of spleen and thymus obviously increased,RBC,Hb,and the quality of hemoglobin were much better than that of model control group.At the same time,Compound Ginkgo biloba could remarkably decrease the level of trigiyceride and increase the level of high-density lipoprotein-choleserol.ConclusionCompound Ginkgo biloba can adjust gastrointestinal function and can prevent spleen deficiency.
