摘    要:目的 观察缺血再灌注时肝脏脂质过氧化损害及维生素E(VE)乳剂的抗氧化保护效应。方法 采用大鼠全身低务压再灌注与肝缺血两种动物模型,检测肝脏组织丙二醛(MDA)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量,同时进行肝组织病理形态学观察。结果 缺血再灌注可造成肝组织MDA含量显著增加,SOD活性及ATP含量显著降低。

Abstract:Objective To observe the protecting effect of vitamin E on liver peroxidization injury caused by ischemia and reperfusion. Methods By using two rat models of systemic and hepatic hypoperfusion and reperfusion, the MDA content, SOD activity and ATP contents in liver tissue were detected, and the pathohistological changes of the liver tissue were also observed. Results During hypoperfusion and reperfusion the liver tissue MDA content was significantly increased,SOD and ATP contents were significantly decreased compared with the placebo emulsion group ( P <0.01).In the V E emulsion group, the liver tissue SOD activity was obviously elevated, the lipid peroxidization injury was lessened, and the pathohistological changes of the liver tissue was mild in degree. Conclusions The free radicals induced in systemic and hepatic ischemia and reperfusion may be one of the related causes in the liver peroxidization injury,which may be improved by intravenous infusion of V E.
