摘    要:目的 观察重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh-bFGF,商品名贝复济)对烧伤、供皮区、外伤和慢性创面愈合的影响及不良反应。方法 将183例患者按照创面的可分性分为两部分。在常规治疗的基础上,试验组加rh-bFGF,对照组不加,第1部分110例采用随机自身对照法,观察同一创面不同区域或同体对称部位创面的愈合效果。第2部分73例患者,采用开放试验。分别观察记录创面愈合时间在不同时间内的创面愈合率。结果

Abstract:Objective To observe the healing effect of recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor (rh-bFGF) on the burn wounds, skin-offering wounds, injured wounds and chronic wounds. Methods On the base of routine treatment, rh-bFGF was added in trial group but control group was not added. One hundred and eighty-three patients suffering from above-mentioned wounds were divided into two parts. In part A, 110 cases were subjected to the randomized auto-control trials. The healing effects of different region in the same wounds or symmetrical position wounds in the same body were observed. In part B, 73 patients were undertaken as open trials to investigate the promoting healing effects of rh-bFGF. The healing time and healing rates in different time were observed. Results In shallow burn wounds, the average healing time was (10.22.1) days when rh-bFGF was employed, and (12.72.4) days for the controls. In deep burn wounds, the average healing time was (16.13.2) days in the trials compared with (19.42.9) days in the controls. In the granulation wounds, skin-offering wounds, injured wounds and chronic wounds, the corresponding average healing time was (22.46.4) days, (12.43.8) days, (11.32.6) days, (16.610.2) days for the trails, and (29.44.6) days, (15.74.4) days, (13.12.8) days, (20.49.8) days for the controls. The healing time was significantly shorter in rh-bFGF group than the controls except chronic wounds. The total effective rate in rh-bFGF group was 91.32%. Conclusions rh-bFGF can promote the healing in burn wounds, skin-offering wounds, granulation wounds, injured wounds and chronic wounds.
