立止血预防和治疗心胸外科手术后出血的效果

目的 了解立止血在预防和治疗心胸外科手术后出血的效果。方法 ５５９例心胸外科手术病人随机分两组，对照组２２７例应用止血敏，止血芳酸和安络血；实验组３３２例应用立止血，分别在手术后开始预防性用药，观察术后第１、２、３天及总的出血量。５６例术后已有明显出血病人随机分为两组，对照组２２例联合应用冷沉淀、实验组２４例联合应用立止血进行止血，观察用药后２４小时出血量、同时观察血压、心率（律），呼吸全身情况。

Effect of Reptilase in Preventing and Treating Bleeding After Cardiothoracic Operation

Objective To investigate the effeCt of reptilase in preventing and treatingbleeding after cardiothoracic summary. Methods Five hundred and fifty-nine patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery were divided into two groups randomly. The control groupincluding 227 cases, were preventively treated with PAMBA, dicynone and adona afteroperation, however, the experimental group includiflg 332 cases, treat6d with reptilase. Thebleeding volume on first, second, third day even the total volume after operation wereobserved. Fifty--six cases who still present6d with obvious bleeding after operation weredivided into tWo groupe randollily, too. The cofltrol gT()up with 22 caac, were combined Withthe use of Leflg--cheTI--disn and the experimental group with 34 caac were combined With theuse of reptilase. The bleeding volume of twenty--four hours after use of the drugS wasobserved as well as blood pressure, heart rat6, respiration and the dineral condition. ResultsThe bleeding volume on fial, second, third day even the total volume in reptilase group wassighicantly laal than that of the control group. The bleeding volume of twenty--four hoursin the combined use of reptllase gToup was sighcanUy leSS than that of the control group.Neither abnormal chance of blood pressure, heart rate or respiration before and after use ofreptilase occurred, nor did evidence of allergy, thrombosis or other complications. ConclusionReptllase is more significantly effective in preventing and treatal bleeding than other awhich can reduce hi~ after cardiothoracic surgery, and with no evidence of obvious sideeffects.
