大鼠严重烧伤后心肌细胞膜损伤的实验研究

摘    要:目的 探讨严重烧伤后心肌细胞膜损伤后的机制及意义。方法 大鼠在体致伤模型,采用生化法,荧光偏振法分别测定伤后24小时心肌细胞膜磷脂含量,膜脂流动性,膜酶活性及膜脂质过氧化的方法。结果 伤后1小时,膜酶活力降低;伤后3小时,心肌细胞膜磷脂含量减少,膜脂质过氧化加强;伤后6小时,膜荧光偏振度升高,流动性降低。

Abstract:Objective To explore the mechanism and significance of myocardial cellularmembrane damage following severe burn injury in rats. Methods In the burned rat models invivo, the total membranous phospholipid contats, membranous enzyme, fluidity and lipidperoxidation in myocardium were oberved with biochemistry and the fluorarence polarizationtechnique. Results The membranous enzyme activity markedly decreased (P<0.01) at 1 hourafter burn. The total phospholipid contents decreatal (P<0.01) and membranous llpid peroXjdationwas enhanced at 3 hours after burn. The membranous fluldity obviously decrease (P<0.01) at6 hours after burn. ConclusioNs The serial changes in burned ratS, acting on each other asdescribed above, can result in the damage of myocardial cellular membrane structure andfunction, as well as the integrity of Cell membrane.
