| 摘 要： | 目的 总结２０８例闭合性腹部损伤超声声像表现，探讨超声在急性闭合性腹部损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法 对各种原因所致的腹部脏器损伤进行急诊超声检查，其中１３５例接受手术治疗。结果 与手术结果对照，术前超声诊断总符合率为９１．１％。结论超声检查简便快速，对腹部脏器损伤情况能提供客观而可靠的证据，并为临床确立治疗方案提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of using ultrasonography in diagnosing blunt abdominal injury. Methods Ultrasonography was used in 208 cases of blunt abdominal injury in emergency,135 of the 208 cases were operated on.Results The accuracy rate of ultrasonic diagnosis was 91.1% ( 123/135) according to the results of operation.Conclusions Ultrasonography in emergency is simple and rapid and provides objective and reliable evidence in blunt abdominal injury condition and guidance in clinical treatment. |
