| 摘 要： | 早期肠内营养能恢复正常的肠道通透性,防止肠源性感染,提高免疫力,避免肠功能衰竭的发生,为危重病人营养支持提供了合适的营养途径.就早期肠内营养的途径、实施时间、营养液种类、剂量及护理做一综述.同时提出了目前开展早期肠内营养存在的问题.

| Abstract: | Early enteral nutrition can help intestinal tract to restore normal permeability, to prevent enterogenic infection, to enhance immunity and to avoid the intestinal function failure. It can provide a proper way of nutrition support for critical patients. This paper reviewed the method, implementing time, sorts and dose of nutritional fluid of enteral nutrition and nursing care of these cases. |
