浅静脉留置针穿刺方法的研究

目的]寻找更可靠的浅静脉留置针穿刺方法。方法]将250例病人按入院日期单双日分成观察组和对照组,每组125例,对照组采用常规方法穿刺,观察组采用改进后的方法穿刺,观察两组穿刺成功率、术中漏血率。结果]两组穿刺成功率、漏血率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]改进后的浅静脉留置针穿刺方法可显著提高穿刺成功率,减少术中漏血。

Probe into puncture methods of superficial vein detaining needle

Objective:To probe into more reliable puncture methods of superficial vein detaining needle for patients.Methods:A total of 250 patients were divided into test and control group based on odd and even admission date(125 cases each).Routine puncture method was adopted for control group cases.Patients of test group had accepted improved puncture method.Then puncture achievement ratio and blood leaking rate of two group cases during operation had observed.Results:There were statistical significant differences in terms of puncture achievement ratio and blood leaking rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improved superficial vein detaining needle puncturing can enhance puncture achievement ratio significantly and reduce blood leaking for patients during operation.
