| 摘 要： | 随着生物医学和医药研发的全球化,研究机构实验动物的饲养管理和使用作为生物医学科学研究中的重要组成部分,也面临着全球化的机遇和挑战.相较于中国,美国研究机构的实验动物饲养管理和使用计划,尤其是动物福利已相当完善.本文将比较中美研究机构在实验动物饲养管理和使用计划中的差异,分析中国研究机构在这方面目前可能存在的不足,以便于下一步的改进和完善.

| Abstract: | With the globalization of biomedical and pharmaceutical research and development, the care and use of laboratory animals in research institutions, as an important component in biomedical research, are also facing the opportunities and challenges with the globalization. In USA, the care and use of laboratory animals program, especially animal welfare, are all very advanced and high standards comparing with China. In order to find related disadvantages, further to improving the program in China research institutions, this article will focus on the analysis of differences in the care and use of laboratory animals between China and USA research institutions. |
