| 摘 要： | 目的观察彩色多普勒超声定位引导下经皮注射碘油化疗药物乳剂治疗原发性肝癌并发门静脉癌栓的临床疗效。方法对21例患者,以21G注射针经皮经肝穿刺进入门静脉癌栓内,在超声监视下缓慢注射吡柔比星与超液化碘化油乳剂。结果21例患者前后共接受56次序贯治疗。治疗2～3次后15例患者癌栓缩小,其内可见条状静脉血流通过,有效率为71.43%。结论经皮经肝穿刺门静脉癌栓序贯注射碘油化疗药物乳剂是原发性肝癌并发门静脉癌栓的有效治疗手段。
