摘    要:目的:考察酸枣仁与五味子配伍前后酸枣仁皂苷A和五味子醇甲的含量变化。方法:利用HPLC法,测定酸枣仁皂苷A、五味子醇甲在单煎液、合煎液及混合液中的含量,比较配伍前后单煎液、合煎液和单煎混合液中两药主要组分酸枣仁皂苷A和五味子醇甲的含量变化。结果:配伍合煎液中的酸枣仁皂苷A、五味子醇甲组分的含量均低于单煎液及混合液中的含量。结论:酸枣仁五味子配伍对两药主要组分溶出有较大影响,该影响主要在煎煮过程中发生。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the content variation of jujuboside A and schisandrin before and after the combination of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae with Schisandra chinensis. Method: Jujuboside A and Schisandrin Contents were decocted with water separately and the separate aqueous extract were combined partly. Then the contents of Jujuboside A and Schisandrin determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: Both contents of Jujuboside A and Schisandrin were declined significantly when Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and Schisandra Chinensis decocted together. Conclusion: The great influence of the combination of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae with Schisandra chinensis on the contents of main chemical constituents was mainly carried on in the decoction process which provides a certain scientific basis for the reasonable Chinese herbal medicine.
