小组认知行为治疗对社区抑郁症患者认知功能影响

目的探讨小组认知行为治疗对社区抑郁症患者认知功能的影响。方法将91例患者随机分为两组,均接受药物治疗,干预组使用药物治疗的同时合并小组认知行为治疗,对照组单纯使用药物治疗。疗程为12个月,于入组时,6个月及12个月后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定患者的临床疗效,同时采用威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)和连续执行测验(CPT)评定患者的认知功能。结果干预组各项认知功能指标较对照组均有不同程度的改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论小组认知行为治疗能有效改善社区抑郁症患者的认知功能。

The Effect of Group Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on Cognitive Function of Community Patients with Depression

Objective To explore the effects of group cognitive behavioral therapy(GCBT)on cognitive function in the treatment of community depression.Methods A total of 91 community patients with depression were divided randomly into intervention group and control group.Patients in intervention group were treated by antidepressant with group cognitive behavioral therapy,while antidepressant only for patients in control group for 12 months.Clinical efficacy was evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)before and after treatments 6,12 month.Cognitive function was assessed by Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST)and Continuing Practice Test(CPT)before and after treatments 6,12 month.Results Patients in intervention group have better performance in cognitive function compared with patients in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Group cognitive behavioral therapy can improve cognitive function of community depression.
