高师生自我妨碍与自尊、主观幸福感的关系研究

摘    要:目的探讨高师生自我妨碍的特点以及与自尊、主观幸福感的关系和作用机制。方法采用自我妨碍量表、自尊量表和主观幸福感问卷对382名高师生进行施测。结果①高师生存在自我妨碍现象,来自城市的高师生的自我妨碍水平显著高于来自农村的;②高师生自我妨碍与主观幸福感中的积极情感、生活满意度及自尊呈显著负相关(r=-0.268,-0.146,-0.339;P<0.01),与消极情感显著正相关(r=0.312;P<0.01);自尊与主观幸福感中的积极情感、生活满意度呈显著正相关(r=0.19,0.21;P<0.01),与消极情感显著负相关(r=-0.347,P<0.01);③自我妨碍在自尊和积极情感、消极情感之间起部分中介作用(△R2=0.047,P<0.05;△R2=0.043,P<0.001)。结论自我妨碍在自尊与主观幸福感中的积极情感和消极情感之间起部分中介作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the feature of self-handicapping and its relationship with self-esteem,subjective well-being of normal college students.Methods A total of 382 normal college students were tested with Self-handicapping scale,Self-esteem Scale,and Questionnaire of Subjective Welling-Being.Results ①There existed self-handicapping in normal college students,and normal college students from the city were significantly higher than students from rural areas in self-handicapping.②There were negative correlation between self-handicapping of normal college students and positive emotion and life satisfaction and self-esteem(r=-0.268,-0.146,-0.339;P0.01).And there was positive correlation between self-handicapping and negative emotion(r=0.312,P0.01);Self-esteem was positive correlation with positive emotion and life satisfaction(r=0.19,0.21,P0.01),it was negative correlation with negative emotion(r=-0.347,P0.01).③Self-handicapping played a partial mediating role between self-esteem and positive emotion and negative emotion(△R2=0.047,P0.05;△R2=0.043,P0.0001).Conclusion Self-handicapping partially mediates between self-esteem and positive emotion and negative emotion of subjective well-being.
