大学生的择业完美主义与择业焦虑:择业效能感的调节作用

目的了解大学生的择业完美主义与择业焦虑、择业效能感的关系。方法用大学生择业完美主义量表、择业焦虑量表和择业效能感量表测量445名大学生。结果①追求理想与择业效能感呈正相关(r=0.605,P<0.001),在乎挫折与择业焦虑呈正相关(r=0.471,P<0.001);②追求理想在低效能感组对择业焦虑有正向预测作用(t=9.70,P<0.001),在乎挫折的预测作用高组强于低组(t=6.68/2.22,P<0.001/0.05);③高、低择业效能感之间追求理想有显著差异(r=0.471,P<0.001);②追求理想在低效能感组对择业焦虑有正向预测作用(t=11.38,P<0.001),在乎挫折和择业焦虑没有显著差异。结论高择业效能感条件下在乎挫折是导致择业焦虑的主要原因,而低择业效能感条件下追求理想是导致择业效能感的主要原因。

Career Decision-Making Perfectionism and Anxiety of College Students:The Moderation of Efficacy

Objective To investigate the relationship among career decision-making perfectionism,anxiety and efficacy.Methods A total of 445 college students were assessed with Career Decision-Making Perfectionism Scale（CDMPS）,Career Decision-Making Anxiety Scale（CDMAS）and Career Decision-Making Efficacy Scale（CDMSE-SF）.Results ①Striving for ideal was positively correlated with efficacy（r=0.605,P0.001）,while minding frustration was positively correlated with anxiety（r=0.471,P0.001）.②In the low efficacy group,striving for ideal had positive predictions of anxiety（t=9.70,P0.001）,and minding frustration had stronger prediction in high efficacy group（t=6.68/2.22,P0.001/0.05）;③The difference of anxiety between two groups was not significant（t=11.38,P0.001）.Conclusion Minding frustration is the main cause of anxiety in the high efficacy group while striving for ideal is the first cause in the low efficacy group.
