综合心理行为干预对部队医院住院官兵心身康复的影响

目的探讨综合心理行为干预对部队医院住院官兵心身状况的影响。方法从某战区所辖8所部队医院同期的非精神科508例住院军人中抽取60例作为实验组,60例作为对照组,对照组进行常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上给予综合心理行为干预,在入院时和出院时分别采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)进行评定,并对生理指标变化情况进行检测。结果①实验组在入院时和出院时SCL-90总分及躯体化、人际敏感、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、GQOLI-74总分、心理功能、社会功能和躯体功能存在显著性差异(t=3.043～9.648,P<0.05或0.01);②出院时实验组和对照组比较,SCL-90总分及躯体化、人际敏感、焦虑、抑郁、恐怖、GQOLI-74总分、心理功能、社会功能存在显著性差异(t=2.164～10.752,P<0.05或0.01);③出院时实验组和对照组比较,血糖、血清皮质醇和P300潜伏期及波幅相比较,存在显著性差异(t=2.087～6.437,P<0.05或0.01)。结论综合心理行为干预有助于减轻综合医院住院官兵的心理症状,提高生活质量,改善生理指标。

Effect of Comprehensive Psychological Behavior Intervention on Psychosomatic Rehabilitation of Soldiers in Unit Hospital

Objective To investigate the effect of the comprehensive psychological behavior intervention on psychosomatic rehabilitation of soldiers in unit hospital.Methods A total of 120 soldiers were divided into two groups：Experimental group（n=60）and control group（n=60）.The control group was accepted conventional therapy,and the experimental group was accepted conventional therapy and comprehensive psychological behavior intervention.Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74（GQOLI-74）were utilized to evaluate on admission and on curing,and the physiological index was detected simultaneously.Results ①There were significant differences of the scores of SCL-90 and GQOLI-74,somatization,interpersonal relationship,anxiety,depression,hostile,photic anxiety,mental function,society function and body function of the experimental group on admission and on curing（t=3.043～9.648,P0.05 or P0.01）.②There were significant differences of the scores of SCL-90 and GQOLI-74,somatization,interpersonal relationship,anxiety,depression,photic anxiety,mental function and society function between the experimental group and the control group（t=2.164～10.752,P0.05 or P0.01）.③There were significant differences of blood sugar,serum cortisol,latent and wave amplitude of P300 between the experimental group and the control group（t=2.087～6.437,P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion The comprehensive psychological behavior intervention can effectively relieve the mental symptom,sublime the quality of life and improve physiological index.
