肺结核患者抑郁与社会支持的相关性

目的探讨肺结核患者抑郁状况与社会支持的关系,为进一步实施护理干预积累临床资料。方法对100例肺结核患者,用一般情况调查表、社会支持量表(SSRS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行调查,分析社会支持对患者抑郁状况的影响。结果本组患者SDS评分显著高于国内常模(t=10.513,P=0.000),阳性率56%;SDS评分与SSRS各因子分和总分显著负相关(r=-0.776、-0.462、-0.781和-0.833,P均=0.000)。结论肺结核患者普遍存在抑郁情绪,良好的社会支持有利于降低和缓解抑郁。

Study on Correlation between Depression and Social Support of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To explore the depression condition of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and its relationship with social support,and accumulate clinical data for further nursing intervention.Methods A total of 100 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were investigated with the questionnaire about general condition,Self-rating Depression scale（SDS）and the Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）.We analyzed the relationship between the scores of SDS and SSRS in the group.Results The score of SDS in the group was significantly higher than the Chinese norm（t=10.513,P=0.000）.The positive rate of SDS was 56%.The score of SDS was significantly related negatively to those of total and factors of SSRS（r=-0.776,-0.462,-0.781and-0.833,all P=0.000）.Conclusion Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis have generally a depressed mood.The rate of depression disorder is rather high.
