喹硫平合并小剂量丙戊酸钠治疗老年期痴呆精神行为症状的研究

目的比较喹硫平合并小剂量丙戊酸钠与单用喹硫平治疗老年痴呆精神行为症状的疗效。方法 61例老年期痴呆患者随机分为联合用药组与单药组,进行双盲对照治疗,时间为2周,在治疗前、治疗第1、2周末采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)进行评分并分析。结果第1周末,联合用药组总有效率为74.19%,单药组总有效率为40.00%,两者之间的疗效差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.29,P<0.05)。第2周末2组之间的疗效差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.50,P>0.05)。BPRS评分比较,联合用药组在第1(t=2.12,P<0.05)、2(t=2.45,P<0.05)周末与治疗前差异均有统计学意义,而单药组在第2周末与治疗前差异有统计学意义(t=2.46,P<0.05)。结论喹硫平合并小剂量丙戊酸钠能更快,更有效地控制老年痴呆患者的精神行为症状。

Study on Quetiapine Plus Small-dose Sodium Valproate in the Treatment of Senile Dementia

Objective To compare the effect of combination therapy of quetiapine and small-dose sodium valproate in the treatment of behavioral and psychiatric symptoms of senile dementia patients.Methods A total of 61 senile dementia patients were randomly divided into two groups,quetiapine group（single group）and quetiapine combined with sodium valproate group（combination group）,receiving treatment for two weeks.The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS）was assessed before treatment,and at 1st weekend and 2nd weekend.Results At the first weekend,the total effective rate was 74.19% in combination group,compared with 40.00% in single group（χ2=7.29,P0.05）,and at the second weekend,the significant difference was not found（χ2=0.50,P0.05）.The scores of BPRS of combination group at the first（t=2.12,P0.05）and the second weekend（t=2.45,P0.05）were significantly lower than those before treatment,but in the single group the significant difference was only found between the second and before treatment（t=2.46,P0.05）.Conclusions Quetiapine combined with small-dose sodium valproate are able to control the behavioral and psychiatric symptoms of senile dementia patients more quickly and effectively.
