振源胶囊联合度洛西汀治疗产后抑郁症临床观察

目的探讨振源胶囊联合度洛西汀对产后抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将70例产后抑郁症患者随机分为振源胶囊联合度洛西汀合用组和度洛西汀单用组,在治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、6、8周分别用HAMD评分量表评定其疗效,并观察两者的副作用。以TESS量表评定其不良反应。结果治疗8周末,合用组有效率为87.88%,单用组有效率为60.61%,两组比较差异有显著性(χ2=6.41,P<0.05)。两组TESS评分比较差异有显著性(t=6.71,P<0.01)。与度洛西汀单用组相比,振源胶囊联合度洛西汀组HAMD评分的减分率有显著性差异,且不良反应明显减少(P<0.01)。结论振源胶囊联合度洛西汀治疗产后抑郁症疗效显著,临床副作用少,适合产后抑郁症的治疗。

Zhenyuan Capsule and Duloxetine in the Treatment of Postnatal Depression

Objective To assess the efficacy and effects of zhenyuan capsule with duloxetine in the treatment of postnatal depression.Methods According to hospitalization sequence,70 patients with PND were randomly divided into two groups,zhenyuan capsule combined with duloxetine group(combination group)and extended release duloxetine alone(single group were treated for 8 weeks)HAMD was used to assess efficacy.And the side effects were evaluated by TESS.Results At the end of the 8th week,The total effective rate of the combination group was 87.88%,that of the single group was 60%,(χ2=6.41,P<0.05,)the former was significantly higher than the latter in HAMD between two groups.There was significant difference between two groups in TESS(t=6.71,P<0.05).Extrapramidal side effects in patients of zhenyuan capsule with duloxetine group were significantly fewer.Conclusion Zhenyuan capsule may effectively relieve to symptoms of post-natal depression,and clinical effects are less.
