医学生主观幸福感现状及其影响因素的调查研究

目的研究医学生幸福感现状以及性别、专业、生源地对主观幸福感的影响。方法采用《大学生主观幸福感影响因素问卷》,以班级为单位采取随机整群抽样的方法对山西医科大学的437名被试进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果①医学生主观幸福感总体状况良好,有88.3%的学生认为自己时常能体验到幸福;②医学生在性别、专业、生源地方面均存在显著差异,且女生的幸福感水平显著高于男生(t=-3.017,P<0.01),临床专业的幸福感水平显著高于非临床专业(t=2.533,P<0.05),城镇的幸福感水平显著高于农村(t=3.503,P<0.01)。结论医学生主观幸福感总体状况良好。性别、专业、生源地是影响医学生主观幸福感的因素。

Medical College Students' Subjective Well-being Status and Influential Factors

Objective To study the current situation of medical college students＇ sense of happiness as well as how the gender,major,rural areas influence the subjective well-being.Methods Using the＂ the influence factors of college students subjective well-being questionnaire＂,a class as a unit by random cluster sampling method in Shanxi Medical University,437 subjects were investigated,and the results were analyzed.Results ①The overall condition of medical college students＇ subjective well-being was good,88.3% of the students think that they could often experience happiness;②Medical college students had significant differences in gender,major,rural areas.And the happiness of girls was higher than that of boys（t=-3.017,P0.01）,clinical professional＇s happiness levels were significantly higher than those not clinical professional（t=2.533,P0.05）,urban students＇ sense of happiness level was significantly higher than that of rural students（t=3.503,P0.01）.Conclusions The overall of medical college students＇ subjective well-being is good.Gender,major,rural areas are the impact factor of medical college students＇ subjective well-being.
