行为疗法对A型性格青光眼患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨行为疗法对A型性格青光眼患者生活质量的影响作用。方法将32例A型性格青光眼患者随机分为行为组20例和对照组12例。行为组在常规药物、手术治疗的同时给予行为疗法干预,对照组只给予常规药物、手术治疗,分别应用中文版SF-36量表对A型性格青光眼患者进行测定,评价两组患者的生活质量(QOL),并比较两组患者的眼压达标率。结果行为组SF-36量表的各项评分均明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);行为组眼压达标率为90.0%,而对照组眼压达标率为58.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.401,P=0.036)。结论行为疗法可明显提高A型性格青光眼的眼压达标率,增强治疗的信心,从而促进康复,达到提高A型性格青光眼患者生活质量的目的。

Effect of Behavior Therapy on Living Quality of Type A Personality Patients with Glaucoma

Objective To explore the effect of behavior therapy on the living quality of type A personality patients with glaucoma.Methods A total of 32 cases of type A personality patients with glaucoma were randomly classified into intervention group with 20 cases and control group with 12 cases.The intervention group was treated with common drug-surgery treatment and behavior therapy at the same time,and the control group could be treated with common drug-surgery treatment.These type A personality patients with glaucoma were determined with Chinese SF-36 measuring scale,so as to evaluate the living quality of two groups and compare standard-achieving rates of intraocular pressure between the two groups.Results All scores of the items of SF-36 measuring scale in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group（P0.01）.The standard-achieving rates of intraocular pressure of patients in intervention group were higher than in control group（χ2=4.401,P0.05）.Conclusions The behavior therapy can significantly improve the standard-achieving rates of intraocular pressure for type A personality patients,strengthen the confidence of therapy,so as to promote the recovery and improve the quality of life of type A personality patients with glaucoma.
