阿托伐他汀钙联合氢氯吡格雷治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床疗效观察

目的观察阿托伐他汀钙联合氢氯吡格雷治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床疗效。方法将96例糖尿病周围血管病变患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。两组均给予常规综合治疗,观察组患者在此治疗基础上,加用阿托伐他汀钙联合氢氯吡格雷进行治疗,治疗周期均为3个月。治疗结束后评定疗效。结果治疗结束后,观察组显效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的68.75%(P<0.05);两组患者血液流变学指标均有不同程度的改善,观察组与治疗前及同期对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙联合氢氯吡格雷治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床疗效显著。

Observation on Clinical Curative Effect of Atorvastatin Calcium Combined with Clopidogrel in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Vascular Disease

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with clopidogrel in treating diabetic peripheral vascular disease. Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 48 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional therapy, on the basis of this, the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium combined with clopidogrel hydrogen, and the treatment cycle was 3 months. The clinical curative effects of two groups were evaluated after the treatment. Results After the treatment, the clinical curative effect of the observation group was 93.75%, significantly higher than that （68.75%） of the control group （P〈0.05）;the hemorheology parameter of two groups all improved, and the hemorheology parameter of the observation group improved significantly. Compared with the control group and before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with clopidogrel in treating diabetic peripheral vascular disease is significant.
