胃癌P_(53)蛋白与增殖细胞核抗原表达及其临床意义

应用ABC免疫组织化学方法 ,研究了 66例胃癌P53 蛋白的表达及其与细胞增殖活性、淋巴转移的关系。结果表明 :62 .2 %胃癌组织中存在P53 蛋白的异常表达。P53 蛋白阳性的胃癌其细胞增殖活性及淋巴结转移机率均较阴性者高 (P <0 .0 5 )。提示P53 基因的突变以及由此导致的细胞异常增殖不仅与胃癌的发生有关 ,而且在其淋巴结转移中也起重要作用。检测P53 蛋白表达对判断肿瘤的恶性程度有重要参考价值。

The expression of P53 protein of carcinoma of stomach and the proliferative cell nuclear antigen

An ABC immunohistochemical method was used to study the relationship between the expression of P 53 protein and the cell proliferative activity. Results showed that 62.2% of the tissues of stomach of carcinoma had the abnormal expression of P 53 protein. The cell proliferative activity and the probability of lymph-node metastasis in carcinoma of stomach with positive P 53 protein were higher than those in the carcinoma of stomach with negative one (P<0.05). This study indicated that not only had the P 53 gene mutation and the abnormal cell proliferation correlation with the incidence of stomach of carcinoma, but also played an important role in the lymph-node metastasis. The detection of the expression of P 53 protein is of great reference value to the diagnosis of the tumor's malignant degree.
