| 摘 要： | 目的 了解精神分裂症患者的性功能状况与所服药物的关系 ,为防治分裂症患者的性功能障碍提供资料与信息。方法 对 2 2 0例单一服用奋乃静 ,氯氮平 ,维思通的门诊分裂症病人及正常对照组 1 90例 ,用勃起功能国际问卷 ( IIEF-5 0 )进行调查 ,记录服药时间及剂量。结果 分裂症患者服药期间表现出性功能障碍的高发生率 ( 6 0 .4 5 % ) ,与正常对照组有统计学差异 ,Logical回归分析显示抗精神病药是主要危险因素。结论 分裂症患者的性功能障碍发生率高 ,抗精神病药物是主要危险因素 ,氯氮平更显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the sexual dysfunction of schizophrenics and the using drug.Method 200 schizophrenic outpatients treated with one of fentazin clozapine resperidone and 190 normal contrast,were tested by IIEF-5,recorded the time and dosage of giving drug.Results The schizophrenics in the period of using drug had significant higher incidence of sexual dysfunction than normal control.Logical regression revealed that main risk factor was antipsychotic drugs.Conclusion Sexual dysfunction is a common problem in schizophrenics.The main risk factor is antipsychotics,especially clozapine. |
