摘    要:目的:优选郁乐舒颗粒中柴胡的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以柴胡皂苷a、干膏收率等多指标综合评分筛选柴胡最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加7倍量的60%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1h。结论:优选的提取工艺设计合理、结果稳定、提取率高。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of Radix Bupleuri in Yuleshu granule. METHODS: The extraction process of Radix Bupleuri was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the extract yields of Saikosaponin-a and dry extract taken as observing indexes. RESULTS: The optimal extraction process was as follows: 7 times of 60% alcohol was added and reflux extraction was performed twice ( one hour in each time) . CONCLUSION: The optimized extraction process is reasonable in design, stable in results and high in extraction yield.
