| 摘 要： | 报告额、筛窦粘液囊肿14例(额窦囊肿5例,筛窦囊肿3例、额-筛窦囊肿6例)。眼部症状是病人主要就诊原因。B型超声检查及CT扫描有助于本病的诊断,14例仅切除囊肿前下壁或将中鼻甲一并切除,建立充分的引流,均获得良好的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | From 1978 to 1984, fourteen cases of fronto-ethmoidal mucocele (5 frontal, 3 eth moidal and 6 fronto-ethmoidal) were collected. Their age ranged from 15-63,and ten of them were 30-50 years old. All cases presented occular proptosis from one month to 20 years. B-type ultrasonic examination and computerized tomography were con-tributive in diagnostic approach.It was extremely necessary to establish a permanent and sufficient drainage by means of excising the anterioinferior part of the sac or resect the middle turbinate together. Post-operative follow-up of 8 patients showed no recurrence for 1-4 years. |
