窦口鼻道复合体解剖变异引起头痛的诊治探讨

目的探讨窦口鼻道复合体解剖异常引起头痛的机制、诊断及治疗。方法对1997年2月～2002年12月间在我科诊治的因窦口鼻道复合体解剖异常引起的以头痛为主要症状的89例病人进行了功能性鼻内镜手术。结果经过3～12个月的随访，72例头痛消失，11例头痛缓解，6例无效。治愈率为80．9％，有效率为93．3％，无效率N6．7％。结论窦口鼻道复合体解剖异常是引起头痛的常见原因，术前准确的诊断和恰当的手术方式是提高治愈率的关键。

Headache caused by abnormality of OMC and its diagnosis and treatment

Objective To explore pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of the headache caused by abnormality of ostiomeatal complex (OMC). Methods 89 patients with such kind of headache were treated by functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS). Results The follow-up time was three to twelve monthes. The headache disappeared in 72 patientes, alleviated in 11 patientes, and unrelieved in six patients. The cure rate was (80.9%), effective rate (93.3%), and the invalid rate (6.7%). Conclusion The abnormality of OMC is the common cause of headache. The definite preopration diagnosis combined with appropriate operation is the key to enhance the cure rate.
