| 摘 要： | 目的:观察桃红四物汤对椎-基底动脉供血不足性的治疗效果.方法:82例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组42例,对照组40例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服桃红四物汤,于治疗前后观察临床疗效.结果:治疗组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为68.0%,差异有非常显著性(P＜0.01).结论:桃红四物汤与常规治疗合用对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕有显著疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:to observe the effect of Taohong siwu decoction to treat vertigo of vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency.Methods:82 Cases of vertigo of vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency were randomly divided treatment(42 cases) and control(40 cases).The control were treated in conventional therapy and treatment plused the Taohong siwu decoction.Results:the total effective rate was 95% in treatment and 68 in control.There were highly significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:the Taohong siwu decoction united ... |
