| 摘 要： | 目的总结鞍旁区脑池开放在外侧裂区域脑挫裂伤减压术中的应用效果。方法对26例外侧裂区域脑挫裂伤减压术中应用鞍旁区脑池开放患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后动态复查CT外侧裂区未见脑水肿现象,3例死于脑功能衰竭,2例死于严重并发症。其余随访3～6个月,按GOS评分,良好16例,中残3例,植物状态生存2例。结论外侧裂区域脑挫裂伤术中施行鞍旁区脑池开放可减轻继发性脑水肿,提高临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical effects of decompression of peri-sylvian area combined with opening parasellar cisterns on contusions.Methods Clinical data from 26 consecutive patients with peri-sylvian area contusions in the decompression treatment conabined with opening parasellar cisterns was analyzed retrospectively.Results Posto-perative dynamic CT scanning didn't show visible brain edema in peri-sylvian area.Three patients died of brain exhaustion,two of severe complications. The Glasgow Outcome Score (GOS) was determined at 3-6 months of follow-up for other 25 cases:16 cases had a good recovery,3 cases had moderate disability,2 were in a vegetative state.Conclusion Opening parasellar cisterns combined with decompression of peri-sylvian area could alleviate secondary brain edema and improve the clinical effect for brain contusions. |
