逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折

目的 :总结临床使用逆行交锁髓内钉技术治疗股骨远端骨折的经验。方法 :2 0 0 0年 2月～ 2 0 0 1年 10月治疗股骨远端骨折 13例 ,采用 AO/ ASIF分类 :A 1型 6例 ,A 2型 4例 ,A3型 2例 ,C2型 1例。在 C形臂 X线透视机下切开复位 ,行逆行交锁髓内钉固定术。术后 7d行膝关节 CPM功能锻炼。结果 :13例手术均获得成功 ,髓内钉固定理想 ,骨折对位、对线良好。术后 14d膝关节屈曲 90°以上。术后 2 1d能下地扶拐不负重站立 ,6 0 d后开始负重行走。结论 :使用逆行交锁髓内钉技术治疗股骨远端 AO/ ASIF分类的 A型、C2型骨折疗效较好 ,有应用价值

Use of retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail for the treatment of distal femoral fracture

To report practical experience in treatment of distal femoral fracture with retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail.Methods:From Feb.2000 to Oct 2001,13 cases of distal femoral fracture were treated with retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail.According to AO/ASIF classification system,type A1 in 6 cases,type A2 in 4 cases,type A3 in 2 cases,type C2 in 1 case.All cases were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail.1 week after operation continuous passive moving was carried.Results:All patients were operated successfully with an anatomical reduction and stable internal fixation.They could flex knee over 90° two weeks after operation.All patients walk without crutches 2 months after operation.Conclusion:Retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail is valuable for treating most femoral distal fractures.
