| 摘 要： | 目的探讨扩大翼点入路治疗复合性硬膜下血肿的方法及效果.方法经随机分组,71例复合性硬膜下血肿病人接受扩大翼点入路清除血肿作为治疗组,66例接受常规术式(颞顶或额颢顶马蹄形切口)作为对照组.然后测量其术后颅内压及评价其治疗效果,所获数据均作统计分析.结果实验组术后颅内压(ICP)明显低于对照组,预后评分(GOS)明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论扩大翼点入路治疗复合性硬膜下血肿能充分暴露及清除血肿,减压充分,是治疗复合性硬膜下血肿较理想的术式.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects and motheds of extensive pterional approach to treat compound subdural hematoma. Methods By randomly divided into experimental group and control group -71 cases of compound subcural hematoma in experimental group wers operated through extensive pterional approach- other 66 cases in control ground were operated by normal approach(frontal-temporal or frontal-temporal-parietal approach). Then measure post-operation intracranial pressure(ICP) and evaluate the effect-all the data were given x2 test. Results The ICP levels of patients of the experimental group were lower than the control groud-the outcome (Glasgow outcome scale) was better than the control groud significantly(P<0.05). Conclusions The extensive pterional approach is benefitial to exposure and cleanout hematoma and decompression after operation -is a good approach for the treatment of compound subdural hematoma |
