提高医疗机构药师临床服务的技能

结合成都军区总医院药剂科在职药师药学继续教育的实践,论述了医疗机构药师适应现代医疗卫生模式和医疗体制改革,向临床药学知识和技能转型的体会。指出,提高药师临床药学知识和能力第一重要,应“点”“面”结合,全面培训,这项工作离不开院长和机关的支持,要做好从“要我学”向“我要学”的转变,要注意方法学研究,医院药师要树立必胜信心。

The changes of the knowledge and skills of the pharmacists in health care facilities

Combining with the practice of continuing education to the pharmacists in the pharmacy, the General Hospital of Chengdu Military Area, this article discusses the changes of the pharmacists' knowledge and skills to adapt the reform of health care model and system. It points out that it is the first important to raise the pharmacists' knowledge of clinical pharmacy and their ability. We should train them all around, combining points with "surface". The leaders supports are very important. The pharmacists should change from 'being asked to learn" to "asking to learn". The pharmacists should notice the methods of study and deserve their confidence .
