LAVA多期动态增强扫描在前列腺癌诊断中的价值

目的：探讨常规MRI及肝脏客积超快速三维成像（LAVA）序列多期动态增强扫描对前列腺癌的诊断价值，提高对前列腺癌的诊断准确性。方法：回顾性分析经穿刺活检和手术病理证实的60例前列腺占位的MRI表现，其中59例为前列腺癌，1例为前列腺增生。将所有病例分为2组：LAVA组30例，采用常规MRI平扫结合LAVA多期动态增强扫描；对照组30例，采用常规MRI平扫和增强扫描。结果：LAVA组30例患者中，术前诊断为前列腺癌27例（诊断符合率为90％），不确定诊断2侧，前列腺增生1例。对照组30例中MRI诊断前列腺癌20例（符合率为69％），不确定诊断4例，前列腺增生5例，1例前列腺增生误诊为前列腺癌并且漏诊了膀胱癌。LAVA组和对照组诊断符合率的差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：LAVA多期动态增强扫描对前列腺癌具有重要诊断价值。

Liver Acquisition with Volume Acceleration MRI in the Evaluation of Prostate Carcinoma
