| 摘 要： | 在研究抗流行性出血热病毒免疫核糖核酸(EHFV-iRNA)传递体液免疫中,作者建立了检测EHFV-iRNA致敏小白鼠特异性IgM和IgG抗体的固相红细胞吸附试验(SPAEC)。该方法简便、快速、特异、敏感,在检测iENA诱导正常小鼠产生抗体实验研究中,结果满意。本研究工作为测定低水平抗体提供了新的试验手段。

A STUDY OF IMMUN-RNA ACTIVITY AGAINST EHFV BY SPARC |

| Abstract: | A Solid-phase attachment of red cells(SPARC)test was applied to detect the antibody against EHFV induced in mice by iRNA which was prepared from immunized rabbits.This technique involves attachment of antibodies to a solid-phase using anti-mice IgM and IgG followed by addition of hemagglutinin and fresh pigeon erythrocytes.In the test,both IgM and IgG antibodies can be detected,while IFAT can not.This result showed that SPAEC was a highly sensitive and specific test for detection of low level antibodies. |
