| 摘 要： | 目的：通过联合应用压宁定和多巴酚丁胺对难治性心衰患的疗效观察。以了解两全用的临床疗效。方法：同时静滴小剂量压宁定和多巴酚丁胺结果：实验组２８例，临床治愈１８例，为６４．２８％，好转５例，为１７．８５％，无效５例，为１７．８５％。对照组２２例，无治愈病例，好转１４例，为６３．６％，无效８例，为３６．４％。结论：压宁定与多巴酚丁胺联合应用对难治性心衰的纠正比较安全有效而有值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of urapidil with dobutamine on the treatment of difficult cured heart failure. Method: Small dosage of Urapidil and dobutamine was given through venoclysis at the same time. Results: Of 28 Cases who were administered the treatment of urapidil with dobutamine (the test group), 18 cases were clinically cured (64.28%), 5 cases showed some effects with 17.85% of effective rate and 5 cases had no effect (17.85%). In the control group (22 cases), however, no cured cases was found, 14 cases showed some effects with 63.6% of effective rate and 8 cases had no effect (36.4%). Conclusion: The combined usage of urapidil with dobutamine is proved to be a safe and effective measure in the treatment of difficult cured heart failure and it is valuable to be popularized. |
