| 摘 要： | 目的探讨军队离退休干部认知功能相关的影响因素。方法对驻烟台军队干休所离退休干部进行简易智能量表(MMSE)测查等神经心理评估,同时对各种生活事件及特殊经历进行问卷调查。结果受教育程度对MMSE平均得分有显著影响,但不同教育程度按不同MMSE划分值进行比较,各组间无显著性差异。有配偶者及无配偶独居者的MMSE得分高于无配偶与子女同住者的得分,而独居者得分与有配偶者得分比较无显著性差异。爱好书法绘画者和经常参加社会活动者的MMSE平均得分显著高于总体样本平均得分。结论早年受教育程度与老年认知功能程度有一定相关性,但并非老年人认知功能的唯一决定因素。老年人日常生活自理,经常参加社会活动,注意培养广泛的兴趣爱好,有利于防止脑功能衰退,提高认知功能水平。

Methods The aged cadres living at the rest house in Yantai were tested MMSE and their living affairs and special experience were investigated.
