| 摘 要： | 摘要:目的探讨PPH技术治疗出口梗阻型排便障碍的手术方法及疗效。方法回顾分析48例出口梗阻型排便障碍病例,其中直肠黏膜脱垂患者35例,直肠前突患者5例,直肠黏膜脱垂+直肠前突患者8例,均行PPH手术,根据排粪造影及指诊情况选择荷包缝合的位置。结果46例一次PPH术后症状明显缓解,治愈率95.8%。结论PPH技术对于治疗出口梗阻型排便障碍具有明显疗效。
