康复新液治疗小儿口腔溃疡124例疗效观察

目的：观察研究康复新液治疗小儿口腔溃疡疗效。方法：将2013年2月至2013年8月我科室治疗的124例口腔溃疡患儿随机均分成两组,两组均常规给予口服复合维生素B片治疗,1片/次,3次/d。对照组在此基础上给予双料喉风散喷剂治疗,在清洗溃疡面后直接喷于患处,3次/d;治疗组采用康复新液治疗,对于0~1岁的患儿,用棉签蘸取少许康复新液涂抹于溃疡处,并喂服3ml康复新液3次/d对于1岁龄以上患儿,将康复新液5ml含于口中3~5min再咽下3次/d。疗期间两组患儿均禁止使用其他治疗口腔溃疡药物,治疗后对比两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效59例,总有效率为95.16%;对照组总有效53例,总有效率为85.48%。治疗组溃疡愈合时间平均为（2.31±1.05）d;对照组为（5.48±1.57）d,两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：康复新液治疗小儿口腔溃疡疗效显著,可有效加快溃疡愈合时间,缩短疗程。

124 cases of pediatric oral ulcers rehabilitation new liquid treatment efficacy

Objective：To investigate the treatment of pediatric research Kangfuxin solution oral ulcer. Methods： random oral ulcers in children from February 2013 to August 2013 My department treated 124 cases were divided into two groups,both groups were given conventional treatment of oral vitamin B complex tablets, a/time,3 times/d. Control group was given on the basis of Houfengsan spray treatment of ulcers after cleaning spray directly on the affected area three times / d; treatment group rehabilitation new liquid treatment for children 0-1 years old,with a cotton swab dipped in take a little Kangfuxin smear on the ulcer, and of feeding 3ml Kangfuxin 3 times/d for children over 1 year of age, the rehabilitation of the new solution 5ml in the mouth and then swallow 3~5min 3 times/d. Two groups of children were prohibited during the spa treatment of mouth ulcers using other drugs, comparative clinical efficacy after treatment. Results： The total treatment group 59 cases, total effective rate was 95.16%; control group, the total effective 53 cases, total effective rate was 85.48%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. The average healing time of ulcers treated group was（2.31±1.05） d;the control group（5.48±1.57）d, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The new liquid treatment of pediatric rehabilitation significant effect of oral ulcers, which can effectively accelerate ulcer healing time and shorten the course of treatment.
