摘 要: | 目的:建立川芎提取物中阿魏酸的含量测定方法,完善川芎提取物的质量标准。方法:应用反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱Inertsil ODS-SP;流动相为乙腈:水:冰醋酸(19∶81∶1.6);流速:1mL/min;检测波长:321nm。结果:反相高效液相色谱法方法学考察良好,阿魏酸在19.960~39.920μg/mL(r=0.9992)范围有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为102.69%(n=6,RSD=1.67%)。结论:以阿魏酸作为指标含量对川芎提取物进行质量标准控制的方法,适用于川芎提取物的质量标准控制。

Study on Quality Standard for Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort Extract |

Abstract: | Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method for assaying ferulic acid in ligusticum chuangxiong Hort extract and to improve the quality standard for chuanxiong extract. Methods: The fcrulie acid was separated on a reversed-phase Cts(Inertsil ODS-SP)column using acetonitrile :water:acetic acid (19:81:1.6 v/v/v)as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1mL/min.The external standard method was used for quantification of ferulic acid and the detective wavelength was 321 nm. Results: The HPLC method was accurate and repro- ducible, showing good linearity over a range of 19.960μg/mL-39.920μg/mL (r=0.9992).The average recovery was 102.69%(n=6,RSD=l.67%). Conclusion: The method of assaying fernlic acid in ligusticum chuanxiong Hort extract can be applied for qualitative control of ligusticum chuanxiong Hort extract. |
