健脑通络膏方治疗脑梗死恢复期患者临床观察

目的：观察健脑通络膏方对脑梗死恢复期患者治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法：收集新疆医科大学附属中医医院脑病二科2010年1月至2013年12月收治的60例既符合中医中风病肝肾亏虚兼痰瘀阻络证,又符合西医脑梗死的诊断标准.病程〉2-4周、不伴意识障碍的动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死患者。将60例患者随机分为治疗组（健脑通络膏方组）与对照组。每组30例,对照组采用西医规范化治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用健脑通络膏方,两组疗程均为28天。两组分别于治疗前后行血常规、尿常规、粪常规、肝功、肾功、心电图,观察治疗前后中风病中医证候评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分、日常生活活动能力（Barthel指数）的变化。结果：健脑通络膏方治疗组和对照组治疗前后中风病中医证候评分、NIHSS评分、日常生活活动能力（Barthel指数）均有一定程度的改善,在以治疗组改善程度更为明显,且有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组均无死亡病例,无发生明显的不良事件和不良反应。结论：健脑通络膏方治疗脑梗死恢复期患者有较好的疗效,未见明显不良反应。

Clinical observation of treating co nvalescence stage of cerebral infarction with Jiannao Tongluo paste

Objective：To observe effectiveness and safety of Jiannao Tongluo paste for convalescent of cerebral infarction. Methods：60 patients with disturbance of consciousness and arteriosclerotic thrombotic cerebral infarction （ATCI） were collected from encephalopathy department in affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university of TCM between Jan 2010 and Dec 2013 , according to the criterion with traditional Chinese and western medicine . 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group （Jiannao Tongluo cream party group） and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Control group were adopted western medicine treatment and treatment group were used Jiannao Tongluo paste and western medicine treatment for 28 days . A complete blood count （CBC）, urinalysis, stool sample examination, liver function tests （LFT）, renal function tests, X-ray, electrocardiogram, TCM syndrome grade, national institute of health stroke scale （NIHSS） and activities of daily living （ADL） were observed before and after treatment. Results： There were significant difference between treatment group and control group in TCM syndrome grade , NIHSS and ADL （P〈0.05）. Recurrence rate of stroke in treatment group was significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）. There were no dead and adverse reaction in each group. Conclusion：Jiannao Tongluo paste may be safety and effective for convalescent of cerebral infarction.
