| 摘 要： | 目的了解化妆品检测机构铬的测定能力,帮助提高相关实验室检测技术水平和质量控制能力。方法制备分割水平对样品,邀请各实验室自愿参加,推荐采用日常方法测定化妆品乳液中的铬,使用Robust统计技术处理能力验证计划结果,用Z比分数评价实验室能力。结果所制备样品均匀稳定,22.0%的参加实验室其结果可疑或不满意。结论参加本次能力验证的实验室大多数可以准确测定化妆品乳液中的铬,部分实验室的质控能力有待提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the proficiency of testing chromium in the cosmetic inspection labs and to enhance quality control capability.Methods The split-level test samples were prepared for this PT which the labs were invited to participate in.Routine methods to detect chromium in cosmetic emulsion were recommended and the testing results were analyzed by Robust Stat,the proficiency of each lab was evaluated by Z-score.Results The samples were homogeneous and steady.There were 13labs（22.0%）which presented an uncertain or unsatisfactory（11labs,18.6%）result for this PT.Conclusion Most of the cosmetic inspection labs in the test could accurately detect chromium in cosmetic emulsion samples,and the others needed to enhance quality control capability. |
