| 摘 要： | 海洋生物海绵的活性化学成分研究一直都是海洋药物研究的焦点。目前,从海绵中发现了大量的具有抗微生物、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗病毒和免疫调节等活性的化学成分,其按照化学结构类型可分为脂类、大环内酯类、肽类、生物碱类、甾醇类和萜类等,并且有很多化合物已经进入临床研究。对近年来从海绵中发现的活性化学成分进行综述。

| Abstract: | Abstact： Study on the chemical constituents and biological activities from marine sponge is a hotspot in the research of marine natural products. So far, a lot of bioactive constituents with the biological activities such as antimicrobial, anti-inflammation, antitumor, antivirus, and immunoregulation are found from various kinds of sponge. According to the chemical structure type, they can be divided into lipids, macrolides, peptides, alkaloids, steroids, and terpenoids. And some compounds have entered clinical study. This article reviews the bioactive constituents from the marine sponge in recent years. |
