| 摘 要： | 目的:观察血尿酸异常患者认知度的变化,为高尿酸血症的预防保健提供科学基础。方法:采用随机对照的临床研究方法,将明确诊断的108例高尿酸血症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组56例予治疗性生活方式改变(TLC),对照组52例不干预,追踪观察6个月。结果:干预组相关知识认知度明显提高;对照组无明显变化。结论:社区干预能改善血尿酸异常患者的认知度,改变生活方式,调整膳食习惯,降低血尿酸水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the changes of serum uric acid in patients with abnormal cognition, and provide scientific basis for the prevention of hyperuricemia. Methods a randomized controlled clinical research methods, the diagnosis of 108 patients with hyperuricemia were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 56 cases in the intervention group received therapeutic lifestyle changes（TLC）, 52 cases in the control group without intervention, followed up for 6 months. Results the intervention group dietary qualified rate increase, uric acid decreased significantly; the control group had no obvious change. Conclusion The community intervention can improve cognition in patients with abnormal blood uric acid, lifestyle changes, adjust dietary habits, reduce the level of uric acid. |
