| 摘 要： | 缺血性卒中的溶栓治疗已经受到广泛的关注。目前溶栓治疗主要包括静脉溶栓、动脉溶栓、动静脉结合溶栓和机械溶栓。本文主要介绍这一方面的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Thrombolytic therapy for ischemic stroke has received wide attention. Now the thrombolytic therapy mainly includes intervenous thrombolysis, intra-arterial thrombolysis, combination of intravenous and intra-arterial thrombolysis, and mechanical thrombolysis. The review mainly presents the recent progress in this field. |
