体外微波透热治疗非细菌性前列腺炎和前列腺痛

采用会阴部体外微波透热治疗非细菌性前列腺炎（NBP）和前列腺痛（PD）共32例，微波工作频率433MHz，辐射器设定温度45℃，治疗时测得前列腺内温度42℃～43℃。治疗3个月后随访，最大尿流率（MFR）平均增加7．5ml／s，与治疗前相比差异显著（p＜0．01），膀胱残余尿降为正常，比治疗前平均减少53．2ml（P＜0．01），主观症状改善率61％。该法具有无创、方便、安全等优点，当治疗BBP或PD的其它方法无效后，体外微波热疗不失为一种选择。

Extracorporeal microwave hyperthermia of the prostate in the treatment of nonbacterial prostatitis and prostatodynia

Extracorporeal microwave hyperthermia of the prostate was administered in 32 patients with nonbacterial prostatitis (NBP) or prostatodynia (PD), who failed to respond to several courses of conventional therapies. The hyperthermia was delivered in 30 min long sessions,2 session per week for 4 weeks. A prostatic temperature of 42℃～43℃ was maintained throughout the entire duration of each session. Patients were assessed pre- and posttherapy by subdective symptoms, Uroflowmetry with flow nomograms, determination of residual urine volume. After the therapy in 3 months follow-up,the subjective symptoms was improved in 61% patents. Residual urine volume is less than 50 ml in 87%(7/8) patients. Maximum flow rate was increased from 14. 9± 3. 2 ml/s to 22. 4± 3. 7 ml/s (P< 0. 01). No major complications were encountered. Our preliminary results indicate that extracorporeal microwave hyperthermia of the prostate is a safe and simple therapy that may be benificial in selected patients with recurring symptoms of nonbacterial prostatitis or prostatodynia, which do not respond to medical therapy.
