基层医院开展老年白内障超声乳化手术的可行性分析

摘    要:目的探讨基层医院开展老年白内障手术的安全性及可行性。方法由白求恩国际和平医院眼科组成手术医疗队,自带相关设备,采用超声乳化白内障摘除加人工晶体植入术(超乳术)的方法,到基层医院对离退休干部中的白内障患者实施复明手术。结果本组143例156眼均顺利完成白内障手术,术后第1天视力≥4.7者占55.77%(87/156),术后第7天视力≥4.7者占67.95%(106/156),术后第30天视力≥4.7者占76.28%(119/156)。结论由医疗队自带手术设备到基层医院开展老年白内障超乳术,围术期安全有保障,效果确切,患者满意率高。

Abstract:Objective To study the safety and feasibility of cataract operation in grass-root hospitals.Methods The operating medical team was made up of the members from the Department of Ophthalmology of Bethune International Peace Hospital and eguipped with all necessary equipment.Phacoemulsification cataract extration with intraocular lens implantation was performed in retired senile cataract patients to rehabilitate their visual acuity.Results The team performed successful operations on 143 patients(156 eyes).87 eyes(55.77%) had the visual acuity≥4.7 on the first day after the operation.106 eyes(67.95%) had the postoperative visual acuity ≥4.7 seven days later.119 eyes(76.28%) improved visual acuity ≥4.7 on the 30th day after the treatment.Conclusion It is safe and effective for the medical team equipped with operating facilities to perform phacoemulsification cataract extration in grass-root hospitals with satisfactory results.
