阑尾黏液性囊腺瘤误诊为盲肠问质瘤一例报告

目的提高对阑尾黏液性囊腺瘤的认识，以减少误诊。方法回顾性分析1例误诊为盲肠间质瘤的阑尾黏液性囊腺瘤的临床资料，并复习相关文献。结果患者以右侧腹部隐痛伴大便困难人院，纤维结肠镜检查诊断为盲肠间质瘤，手术探查发现阑尾异常囊性扩张，行回盲部切除术，术后病理检查诊断为阑尾黏液性囊腺瘤。结论阑尾黏液性囊腺瘤属少见疾病，临床表现无特异性，误诊率较高。及时手术探查并行病理检查，是避免其误诊的重要措施。

Mucinous Cystadenoma of the Appendix Misdiagnosed as Interstitial Tumor of Cecum : A Case Report

Objective To improve the awareness of mucinous cystadenoma of the appendix and reduce misdiagnosis rate.Methods Retrospective analysis of a case of mucinous cystadenoma of the appendix misdiagnosed as interstitial tumor of cecum was made and the related literature was reviewed.Results The patient was admitted for vague pain in right abdomen region and dyschesia,and diagnosed as having interstitial tumor of cecum under colonofiberscope.During the operation,exceptional saccular ectasia was found in her appendix and the patient underwent ileocecal junction ectomy.The pathologic diagnosis defined mucinous cystadenoma of the appendix.Conclusion Mucinous cystadenoma of the appendix is not a common disease.It has a high misdiagnosis rate because of none specificity.To avoid misdiagnosis,it is necessary that operation research and pathology examination should be conducted in time.
